Perpetually thinks I am a bot and can't use. What a farce. No way to confirm I am real, just says I am a bot every time I try and can't use the app at all. Absolute rubbish app.
I cannot even log in to the app with my account
BEWARE IN CASE OF DELAYED FLIGHTS The app is clearly bugged. If a flight is delayed, and your boarding pass is scanned for example to assign you relief vouchers, the App thinks you have boarded the flight and that the flight has departed! This will make the boarding pass disappear from the APP and since the flight will now be considered in the past, it will be IMPOSSIBLE TO RETRIEVE IT. ALWAYS SAVE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR BOARDING PASS (seems there is no function to add it to google pay) !!!
It doesn't give the opportunity to enter arriving airport and then see from which airports you can fly. Also doesn't give you opportunity to see flexible flights for one month. Otherwise, it has improved the entry of travel data. Now it is saved but just for one passenger. It could be better. Example.. save as many as 10 passengers and than just select who is traveling. That way close family members can be also saved. Don't have to enter all the data every time we travel together.
Useless app. Cannot sign-in because it takes me as a Bot by always detecting a unusual activity from my side and keeps saying that password or email are incorrect. I tried to reinstall and it has the same issue every time.
I did a claim for a 11 hours delay in my flight and it was closed after 1/2 weeks, I never received any answer from them.

common, how should i take a picture of my covid certificate during the check-in if it's a file at my phone ? 1 - No way to upload certificate as file. 2 - No way to upload PLF. Install another low-coster app and see how it should work.
When checking in it doesn't show the option to randomly select a seat and not pay for one. I have to do the process from my computer to see it, really annoying.
